NR 17 - condições mínimas de TEMPERATURA em ambiente de trabalho
Verão chegou companheiro(a) e seu ambiente de trabalho está quente em demasia, no sufoco!!!!! O STIGPR não esqueceu de você, saiba que você merece trabalhar com dignidade, exercer seu trabalho em boas condições, dignas de TEMPERATURA, obrigação imposta por LEI a empresa, OBRIGAÇÃO. A normativa NR 17 (ERGONOMIA EM AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO), do MTE, trata desse assunto e assegura a você, trabalhador(a), condições mínimas de TEMPERATURA em ambiente de trabalho, área de produção. A NR 17, item 17.8 Condições de conforto no ambiente de trabalho, trata desse assunto, vejamos: “17.8.4.2 A organização deve adotar medidas de controle da temperatura, da velocidade do ar e da umidade com a finalidade de proporcionar conforto térmico nas situações de trabalho, observando-se o parâmetro de faixa de temperatura do ar entre 18 e 25 °C para ambientes climatizados. 17.8.4.2.1 Devem ser adotadas medidas de controle da ventilação ambiental para minimizar a ocorrência de correntes de ar aplicadas diretamente sobre os trabalhadores”. Portanto, a Lei deve ser cumprida e se suas condições de trabalho não estão sendo respeitas, “DENUNCIE IMEDIATAMENTE eventual infração num dos nossos canais de atendimento para fins de tomada de providências IMEDIATAS, SINDICATO FORTE É TRABALHADOR BEM REPRESENTADO. - 3333-2528 -(41) 99243-7738 - 99914-6820 - 99243-7739
