PAGAMENTO DE SALÁRIO E VALES - FORMAS E PRAZO
Os salários devem ser pagos até o quinto dia do mês subsequente ao vencido, se este quinto dia corrido cair em sábado não trabalhado, domingo ou feriado,
o pagamento será realizado no primeiro dia útil subsequente.
Ainda há concessão obrigatória de adiantamentos ou vales, até o décimo quinto dia após o pagamento, observada a hipótese de antecipação acima mencionada, em valor não inferior a 40% dos salários do mês; em nenhuma hipótese, a concessão de adiantamento ou vales pode efetivar-se após o dia 20.
As empresas e os empregados, de comum acordo, podem reduzir o percentual da antecipação para 20%, com os salários pagos dentro do próprio mês.
Ressalva-se que tratamento mais favoráveis que já vêm sendo dispensados em torno dos temas são mantidos.
